Sandwich Assembly

sharp cheddar, shredded

bacon, cooked and drained

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, and honey to the pan, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and thin with water.
- In a ziplock bag, combine chicken, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and half of the honey balsamic sauce. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Cook bacon in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes and set aside.
- Shred cheddar cheese and slice tomatoes.
- Preheat the grill to 350-450°F.
- Brush chicken with remaining honey balsamic sauce and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled chicken on a tray and topping with tomato, bacon, and cheddar.
- Melt the cheddar on the grill or in the oven, then place the finished chicken on buns and serve.
