Spicy Maple Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Instructions
- Combine maple syrup, sambal oelek, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a ziplock bag and pour half of the maple mixture over it. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then add corn, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir in basil and green onions. Remove from heat and mix in cabbage and blueberries.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and oil the grates.
- Grill chicken for 5-8 minutes per side, basting with the reserved maple mixture until cooked through. Drizzle remaining maple mix over chicken after grilling.
- Mix yogurt and pesto together in a bowl.
- Spread yogurt-pesto mix on the bottom of each bun, then top with chicken, corn mixture, and avocado.
