Instructions
- Mix all the seasonings in a small dish until combined.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts until coated.
- Preheat the grill and cook the chicken until it reaches 160 degrees internally.
- Optionally, grill the pineapple slices until warm.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a lettuce leaf on each Foldit, topping with chicken and pineapple, then folding over.
