Ingredients

The chicken and seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)

The sandwich assembly

  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 2 pieces Flatout Sweet Hawaiian Foldits
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Mix all the seasonings in a small dish until combined.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts until coated.
  3. Preheat the grill and cook the chicken until it reaches 160 degrees internally.
  4. Optionally, grill the pineapple slices until warm.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a lettuce leaf on each Foldit, topping with chicken and pineapple, then folding over.
