Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cups mashed bananas

  • 1 cup halved raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add eggs one at a time, followed by yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-75 minutes, covering with foil halfway through if necessary.
  6. Cool the bread in the pan for 1 hour, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
