Roasted Garlic Aioli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the top quarter off the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
- Place the garlic head on aluminum foil, exposed side up.
- Drizzle the exposed cloves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Seal the foil around the garlic and roast for 40 minutes.
- Once roasted, remove the cloves and mash them with a fork.
- Combine the mashed garlic with mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and additional black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least an hour before using.
