Garlic Herb Aioli

The aioli base

fresh-chopped herbs (rosemary, oregano, basil)

Instructions
- Blend egg yolks, mustard, and lemon juice until creamy.
- With the blender running, slowly drizzle in olive oil in a thin stream over about 2 minutes.
- Add remaining herbs and spices, and blend for another 20-30 seconds.
- Transfer aioli to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
