Instructions
- Crack the egg into a tall, wide mouth glass jar.
- Add the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and sea salt on top of the egg without mixing.
- Pour the olive oil on top without stirring.
- Submerge an immersion blender into the bottom of the jar and blend on low for about 20 seconds.
- Gradually move the blender upward and downward until the aioli thickens into a creamy sauce.
- Store the garlic aioli in the jar in the refrigerator.
