Instructions
- Drain the tomatoes and green chilies if using canned.
- In a skillet, combine tomatoes, ground sausage, and chilies over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add cream, spices, diced apricots, and parsley (reserve some for garnish) and cook for 10 minutes until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Stir in lemon juice to enhance the spices.
- Remove from heat and serve 1 cup of the mixture in individual bowls.
- Top each bowl with half a boiled egg and yogurt.
- Garnish with extra parsley, bacon crumbles, and serve with flatbread or naan.
