Ingredients

The filling

  • ½ lb uncooked 99% lean ground turkey breast

  • teaspoon ground sage
  • teaspoon ground thyme
  • teaspoon dried marjoram
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 oz 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

The wraps

  • 4 low carb 8-inch tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey with salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, red pepper, and paprika.
  2. Cook the seasoned turkey in a skillet until fully cooked, then transfer to a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs with remaining salt and black pepper, then scramble in the skillet until cooked.
  4. Combine scrambled eggs with turkey, cheddar, salsa, and cilantro in the bowl.
  5. Divide the filling among tortillas, fold, and roll them up.
  6. Cook the burritos in a skillet until golden on both sides.
