Turkey Sausage Breakfast Pockets

Instructions
- 1. Cook the turkey sausage in a sauté pan over medium heat until browned, then set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs.
- 3. Melt butter in the same pan, add jalapeño, and cook until translucent.
- 4. Add the eggs along with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and scramble until halfway cooked.
- 5. Return the turkey sausage to the pan and finish scrambling the eggs.
- 6. Roll out the crescent rolls and divide them into individual pieces.
- 7. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the turkey and egg mixture onto the largest part of each crescent roll and top with mozzarella.
- 8. Pinch the sides to seal the filling and wrap the longer part of the crescent roll around the pocket.
- 9. Bake until golden brown.
