Instructions
- Mix all spices together in a small dish.
- Combine the spice mixture with ground turkey in a mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly using hands or a fork, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight if possible.
- For patties, divide the mixture into eight 2-ounce balls and flatten into patties.
- Cook patties in a sprayed skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- For crumbles, cook the turkey mixture in a sprayed skillet, breaking it into small chunks for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
