Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, diced apple, and spices in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into 12 small, flat patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking fat.
- Add patties to the pan, cooking in batches if necessary, for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove patties to a paper towel-lined plate and repeat with remaining mixture.
