Instructions
- Mix ground turkey, sage, thyme, garlic powder, smoked paprika, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties using a ¼ cup measuring cup, flattening them to about 3 inches wide.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
