Instructions
- Prepare the garlic dill yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, and salt in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Cook the rice according to your preferred method.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground turkey until almost done, then add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, cooking until fully done.
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing the grape tomatoes, chopping the cucumber, slicing the red onion, and chopping the parsley.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing rice, turkey, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and parsley among four bowls.
- Drizzle the yogurt sauce over the bowls just before serving.
