Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot, add eggs, and cook for 4-5 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
- Drain and cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine oatmeal, chicken broth, and water, and cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed.
- Add an ice cube to the oats, then slowly stir in egg whites and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low-medium heat.
- Stir in coconut aminos or soy sauce, then transfer to a bowl.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until golden brown.
- Top the oatmeal with the sliced hard-boiled egg, crumbled turkey bacon, and scallions.
