Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 oz. butter, melted

The cheesecake filling

  • 1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • ¾ cup favorite cake batter dry mix
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 8 oz. tub frozen whipped cream topping, thawed
  • to taste sprinkles, for decor

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving containers to form the crust.
  3. In an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
  4. Add dry cake mix and milk, mixing until well blended.
  5. Gently fold in the thawed whipped cream topping.
  6. Spoon or pipe the filling into the prepared containers and garnish with sprinkles.
