Ingredients

The salad

  • 180 grams romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, quartered, sliced or chopped
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • ½ Hass avocado, cubed or sliced
  • 2-3 pieces green onions, sliced

The dressing

  • 6 tablespoons Cobb Salad Dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

Instructions

  1. Toss the romaine lettuce with the Cobb salad dressing and divide between two bowls.
  2. Divide the remaining ingredients between the bowls, presenting them in lines or any way you prefer.
