Sous Vide Flank Steak

The seasoning

The cooking oil and sauce

avocado oil

soy sauce
Instructions
- Season both sides of the flank steak with salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Place the steak in a vacuum sealer bag and add avocado oil and soy sauce, then seal the bag.
- Refrigerate overnight or proceed immediately.
- Preheat the sous vide water bath to 125°F.
- Submerge the sealed bag in the water bath and cook for 2 to 2 ½ hours.
- Remove the steak from the water and the bag, then pat dry and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill, griddle, or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for about 3 to 4 minutes, flipping every minute until golden brown.
