Instructions
- Prepare the sous vide bag by mixing the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pouring it over the flank steak in the bag.
- Vacuum seal the bag and fully submerge it in the sous vide water bath set to 135°F.
- Cook the steak for 2 hours, then remove it from the water bath and discard the marinade.
- Heat butter in a skillet and sear the steak for a couple of minutes on each side until browned.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
