The sauce
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the pan and swirl to coat, then add the pork and cook for 7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium, flip the pork, and add 1 tsp of rosemary, garlic, and bell peppers; cook for 9 minutes until the peppers are tender and the pork is done.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with the remaining rosemary before serving.
