Instructions
- Soak sunflower seeds in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
- Toast walnuts in a pan over medium-high heat, then add maple syrup and seasonings, cooking until coated.
- Blend dressing ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Prepare brussel sprouts by cleaning and thinly slicing them, then add to a large bowl.
- Add sliced red onion, feta, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds to the bowl.
- Dress the salad with the prepared dressing and serve immediately.
