crispy Panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, chili paste, cornstarch, nut milk, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to create a sticky batter.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, then transfer to the panko breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Place the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 22 minutes, ensuring the oven is preheated.
- Remove from oven, toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 1-2 minutes for the sauce to soak in.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
