Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, salt, and pepper, then coat each cauliflower piece in the batter and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk until simmering.
- Once the cauliflower is baked, toss it in a bowl with the prepared sauce to coat.
