Sticky Sesame Cauliflower

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the scallions, cooking until soft.
- Add the minced garlic and cauliflower florets to the pan, cooking until the cauliflower is fork tender.
- While the cauliflower cooks, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower mixture and stir constantly until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.
- Remove from heat and finish with sesame seeds before serving.
