Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, non-dairy milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to create a batter.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, then transfer to breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Place the coated wings on the baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a pan over medium-high heat, whisking until the cornstarch dissolves.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the sauce, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak in.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
