Sweet and Sour Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cut the cauliflower into smaller wing-like pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, vegan milk, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to create the batter.
- In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter, then transfer to the breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the sweet and sour sauce by whisking together sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cornstarch in a pan over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the sauce, then return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions before serving.
