Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Wash and pat dry the cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs to create an egg wash.
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, ground ginger, garlic powder, and salt for the breading.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg wash, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Coat each floret in the breadcrumb mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower florets for 15 minutes.
- Flip the florets and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- While the wings bake, prepare the sauce by whisking together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, fresh grated ginger, and honey in a large bowl.
- Once the wings are done, let them cool for 5 minutes, then toss them in the sauce before serving.
