Spicy Red Curry Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the batter by mixing the dry ingredients, then adding almond milk and a smaller amount of water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake the cauliflower for 25 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together curry paste, coconut oil, maple syrup, and some water to thin it out.
- After baking, dip the cauliflower in the sauce and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake again for another 20-25 minutes until browned and caramelized.
- Serve immediately, optionally with green chutney.
