Ingredients

The cauliflower wings

  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • ½ cup all-purpose gluten free flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup crispy gluten free breadcrumbs

The sauce

  • ¼ cup BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup habanero or any hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into wing-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together gluten free flour, almond milk, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder to make the batter.
  4. Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter, then dip into breadcrumbs to coat completely.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
  6. While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients in a small pot over low heat until melted and combined.
  7. Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the sauce, and return them to the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak in.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
