Mango Habanero Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into wing-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together gluten free flour, almond milk, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder to make the batter.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter, then dip into breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Place the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients in a small pot over low heat until melted and combined.
- Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the sauce, and return them to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak in.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
