Lemon Pepper Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into wing-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, almond milk, and lemon pepper seasoning to make the batter.
- Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter, then transfer them to the breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Arrange the coated wings on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Bake the wings for 22 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by heating and whisking together the glaze ingredients in a pan until thickened.
- Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the glaze, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon zest before serving.
