Honey BBQ Sauce

Instructions
- Make the Honey BBQ sauce by combining BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and sriracha in a saucepan and simmering.
- Prepare the dairy-free buttermilk by mixing almond milk and apple cider vinegar and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free baking flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, and black pepper. Add the almond milk mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Coat cauliflower florets with the batter in a large bowl, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook half of the cauliflower for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
- Repeat the cooking process with the remaining cauliflower.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower with the BBQ sauce until fully coated and serve immediately.
