Instructions
- Make the buffalo sauce by heating hot sauce and butter in a saucepan until the butter melts.
- Combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free baking flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, and black pepper. Add the almond milk mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Coat the cauliflower florets with the batter in a large bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and add half of the cauliflower to the basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 7 minutes, then shake or turn the cauliflower and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
- Remove the cooked cauliflower and keep warm. Repeat with the second batch.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and serve immediately with optional garnishes.
