Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond meal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another medium bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip the cauliflower pieces in the egg wash, then coat them in the almond meal mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370ºF and spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place half of the cauliflower wings in the air fryer and spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.
- Air fry the wings for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through until they are brown and crispy.
- While the wings are cooking, melt the butter and mix it with Frank's Hot Sauce and honey.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately.
