Ingredients

Cauliflower Wings

  • 1 small head cauliflower, sliced into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

Sesame Garlic Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste sesame seeds for coating

Instructions

  1. Slice the cauliflower into florets if using a whole head.
  2. Steam the cauliflower until just tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the all-purpose flour and seasonings, then slowly whisk in the milk to form a batter.
  4. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and shake off excess.
  5. Roll the floret in panko breadcrumbs.
  6. To air fry, place the wings in a lightly oiled air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. For roasting, layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  8. For frying, heat oil in a skillet and cook the wings for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  9. Prepare the sauces by whisking the ingredients together.
  10. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce before serving.
