Instructions
- Slice the cauliflower into florets if using a whole head.
- Steam the cauliflower until just tender, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour and seasonings, then slowly whisk in the milk to form a batter.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and shake off excess.
- Roll the floret in panko breadcrumbs.
- To air fry, place the wings in a lightly oiled air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- For roasting, layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
- For frying, heat oil in a skillet and cook the wings for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the sauces by whisking the ingredients together.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce before serving.
