Instructions
- Prepare the spicy ranch dressing by whisking together Greek yogurt, adobo sauce, lemon juice, herbs, and seasonings; set aside.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets, keeping them similar in size.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place in the air fryer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, flip, and air fry for another 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For the honey garlic sauce, whisk together all ingredients and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower wings in the honey garlic sauce until coated, then top with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve with the spicy ranch dipping sauce.
