BBQ Cauliflower Wings

The sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and cut into smaller pieces resembling wings.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, vegan milk, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to make the batter.
- In a separate bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Toss the cauliflower pieces in the batter until coated, then transfer to the breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Place the coated cauliflower wings on the baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by heating and whisking it together.
- Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the BBQ sauce, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak in.
- Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
