Ingredients

The Coconut Whipped Cream

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, vanilla, eggs, and coconut oil, then combine with the dry ingredients and stir in the coconut and raspberries.
