The Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 13x9-inch pan.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cream the butter, oil, and sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy, then add sour cream and mix.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into the batter, then add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle ¾ of the sugar mix over it, and spread the remaining batter on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top and swirl if desired.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze, adjusting consistency as needed.
- Pour glaze over the warm cake or after it cools, then slice and serve.
