Instructions
- Prepare the ginger syrup by boiling water, sugar, and ginger, then simmering for 45 minutes.
- Strain the syrup into a storage container.
- Heat the almond milk and add 1-2 tablespoons of ginger syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Optionally steep ginger tea in the almond milk before adding syrup for extra flavor.
- Serve topped with ginger powder, cinnamon, or other spices.
