Instructions
- Combine the sugars, molasses, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat to make the syrup.
- Cook until everything is dissolved and the mixture thickens.
- Prepare four shots of espresso.
- Froth your choice of milk.
- In a cup, add the gingerbread syrup, followed by the espresso shots.
- Top with frothed milk, whipped cream, freshly grated nutmeg, and garnish with gingerbread cookies or marshmallows.
