Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until the bread absorbs the liquid.
- Gently fold in the berries.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, pressing down lightly to form the muffins.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
