Chicken Spinach Artichoke Dip

frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out

shredded light mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a skillet or 8×8 glass dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined.
- 3. Top with more mozzarella cheese if desired, or leave some out for sprinkling.
- 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is hot and the cheese has begun to brown.
- 5. Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
