Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and mist a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until combined, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- After 15 minutes, check the chicken and drain any excess liquid if necessary.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
