Instructions
- Pound the chicken to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Chop the spinach, artichoke hearts, and mince the garlic.
- Remove the chicken and add butter and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth to the skillet to deglaze, then mix in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in milk, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and pepper, cooking until combined.
- Add spinach to the sauce until wilted, then mix in the artichoke hearts.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it before serving.
