Chicken with Spinach Artichoke Pasta

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Add orzo, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the pan, cover, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover the pan, remove chicken, and stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
- Place chicken back on top of the orzo and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then garnish with parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
