Coconut Lime Cilantro Dressing

coconut milk, full fat from a can

lime juice

tablespoons
fish sauce

erythritol

cilantro

medium garlic

Instructions
- Rinse the Miracle Noodles well in a colander and let them drain.
- Blend the coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, fish sauce, and erythritol until smooth.
- Slice the vegetables and steak very thinly.
- Microwave the snow peas with a little water for about 40-50 seconds, then refresh them in ice water.
- Chiffonade the basil and mint leaves.
- Dry the noodles and toss them with the herbs and dressing, reserving some dressing for serving.
- Arrange the steak and vegetables on top of the noodles and drizzle with remaining dressing.
