Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the pecans on a large baking sheet.
- Roast the pecans for 10-12 minutes until fragrant.
- Let the pecans cool for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the cooled pecans to a large bowl.
- Toss the pecans with olive oil, then add salt and toss again.
- Serve the roasted pecans.
