Ingredients

The nuts

  • 11 oz whole pecans

The seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the pecans on a large baking sheet.
  3. Roast the pecans for 10-12 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Let the pecans cool for 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooled pecans to a large bowl.
  6. Toss the pecans with olive oil, then add salt and toss again.
  7. Serve the roasted pecans.
