Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl, then mix in the agave nectar or honey.
  2. Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and stir to coat them evenly.
  3. Toss in the chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt, ensuring the pecans are well coated.
  4. Transfer the pecans to a parchment-lined baking sheet using a slotted spoon.
  5. Bake at 300°F for about 25 minutes until browned and the coating is dry.
  6. Cool for 20 minutes before serving.
