Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250°F and grease a cookie sheet.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat the egg white and vanilla until frothy, then stir in the pecans.
- 3. In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut sugar, chili powder, and salt, then sprinkle over the pecans and stir to coat.
- 4. Spread the coated pecans on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the topping is set.
- 6. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
