Instructions
- 1. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl and then add the agave nectar or honey.
- 2. Toss the pecans in the egg white mixture to coat them evenly.
- 3. Add the chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt, mixing well to ensure the pecans are fully coated.
- 4. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the pecans to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 5. Bake at 300°F for about 25 minutes until browned and the coating is dry.
- 6. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
